The Candle of Time was a blue candle possessed by Hippolyta, the Queen of the Amazons. With it, Hippolyta had forced Hercules to relive several moments from his childhood, including his own birth. Hercules had later used the candle to rewind time to before he and Hippolyta had met, saving her from being possessed by his wicked stepmother Hera and subsequently being forced to commit suicide. This action had also saved the lives of a couple of others, namely Herc's friend Iolaus. |
